Megan Bruce (she/her/hers) specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, depression, anxiety, family conflict, and working with parents and caregivers. Her therapeutic orientation is client-centered, strength-based, and culturally respectful. Megan utilizes evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in conjunction with Interpersonal and Existential therapies for an approach that is warm, authentic, and effective.

Megan has experience working with eating disorders in residential, day treatment, and outpatient levels of care. She is passionate about family / caregiver involvement and has experience working with severe mental illness, intimate partner violence, and in general mental healthcare settings.
